I'm honoured to serve as the Clinical and Operations Director at Allure Weight Loss Solutions. My journey in healthcare has been driven by many factors including a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those battling obesity.

With a background in medicine, I graduated from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERM) in 2019 and subsequently became a licensed doctor in the Philippines in 2021. At the peak of Covid, I served as a physician volunteer in the rural areas of the Philippines. These experiences exposed me to the unique challenges faced by underserved communities and instilled in me a strong desire to make a meaningful impact.

Since then, I have been working as a physician assistant, and among my various responsibilities, have had the privilege of caring for gastric balloon patients. I've witnessed firsthand the difficulties people endure while striving to overcome obesity. It's a struggle that has deeply touched me, and I am wholeheartedly committed to helping individuals on their path to healthier and happier lives.

Obesity is a complex and multifactorial issue, and that's why I'm thrilled to be a part of Allure Weight Loss Solutions. Our innovative program integrates minimally-invasive gastric balloons with the expertise of nutritionists, physiologists, and psychotherapists to provide a holistic approach to weight management. This holistic approach recognizes that effective weight loss goes beyond the physical aspects; it encompasses the mental and emotional dimensions of our well-being.

As I continue my journey towards becoming a practicing doctor in Canada after completing the NAC OSCE and MMCQE1, I'm excited to be a part of a team that is pioneering an exciting and comprehensive way to manage weight loss.
